Zojo Bun Slime Richmond, Texas Effective Date: August 27, 2022

Welcome to Zojo Bun Slime ("Zojo Bun Slime," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products, merchandise, and content offered by Zojo Bun Slime, whether through our website, online marketplace listings, social media shops, or in person in Richmond, Texas. By placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you ("customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Products

Zojo Bun Slime creates handmade slime and related merchandise, including but not limited to various slime textures (such as clear, butter, and foam-based slimes), scented add-ins, charms, packaging, and branded merchandise.

All slime products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, scent, and consistency between batches are normal and not considered defects.
Product photos are for illustration purposes. Actual color and texture may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, and the handmade nature of each batch.

2. Age Restrictions and Safety Warnings

CHOKING HAZARD. Slime and included charms, beads, or add-ins may pose a choking hazard. Our products are not intended for children under 3 years old, and adult supervision is recommended for children of any age.

Slime is not edible and should never be ingested.
Slime should not be applied to skin with cuts, rashes, or open wounds, and should be kept away from eyes and mouth.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction occurs, and consult a physician if symptoms persist.
Ingredients used may include (but are not limited to) glue, activator, foam beads, fragrance oils, and colorants. Customers with known sensitivities or allergies to any of these categories should exercise caution or contact us before purchasing.
Keep slime away from pets, fabric, carpet, and hair, as it may be difficult to remove.

By purchasing from Zojo Bun Slime, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use all products responsibly and at your own discretion.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full through an accepted payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable Texas sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders (including custom scents, colors, charms, or personalized merchandise) are made specifically for the customer and are generally final sale and non-refundable once production has begun, except as required under applicable law or Section 6 below.
Estimated completion and turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed, particularly during high-demand periods.

5. Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Zojo Bun Slime is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
If local pickup is offered in the Richmond, Texas area, pickup details will be arranged directly with the customer after purchase. Items not picked up within a reasonable time frame communicated at checkout may be subject to cancellation.
We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing or stolen; such issues should be directed to the carrier or, if applicable, resolved through a separately purchased shipping insurance option.
Customs tariffs are always a possibility when shipping orders to another country and are the sole responsiblity of the buyer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of slime products, all sales are final, except where an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns of used or opened slime products for reasons of change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All original characters, artwork, logos, brand names, and designs associated with Zojo Bun Slime — including the character roster and related branding — are the property of Zojo Bun Slime and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Zojo Bun Slime's branding, artwork, or characters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Zojo Bun Slime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to property damage (e.g., to fabric, carpet, or surfaces), allergic reactions, or misuse of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behavior toward Zojo Bun Slime or its representatives.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
